Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in their original condition
Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
Be free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased through third-party retailers
Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders that have not yet entered processing or fulfillment may be modified or canceled.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

If a cancellation is approved after payment processing has occurred, any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
